Vrobal Energy and Resources Pte Ltd assist jewellery manufacturers to maximise the value of their waste by providing advice and recycling in our precious metal refinery in Tuas. We are one of the largest refineries in Singapore with a 48,000 sq.ft inbuilt space and high end security features.
Filing & Dust
Carefully brush dust from all areas and bench tops into provided Vrobal Sweep Pots
Disposable Floor Mats
Place at entrance of building and in all workshop areas
Carpets
- Vacuum on regular basis all areas of the workshop and keep all vacuum bags in Vrobal Sweep Bags
- Send old carpet and mats for recovery
Polishing Equipment
- Regularly vacuum dust extract and catchment areas
- Send all old buffing wheels, filters, polishing papers, threads for recovery
Settlement Tank
- Place under sink where handwashing takes place
- Always empty ultrasonic cleaner, barrels and pinning machines through settlement tank
- Vrobal will replace every 12 months
Paper Towels & Wet Wipes
- Clean thoroughly ultrasonic cleaners, barrels and pinning machines with paper towels
- Empty and place it in Vrobal Sweep Bags at all times
- Always use wet wipes to clean your hands when leaving workstation
- Wet wipes to be used for all areas including air conditioning units
